Reading the Gospels according to those who walked with Jesus, - TopicsExpress

Reading the Gospels according to those who walked with Jesus, talked with Jesus, and spent time in his very presence. Jesus trained, Jesus taught, Jesus scorned, Jesus used parables( stories) some the disciples understood them, and other times they were confused by them. Jesus reprimanded them at times. Jesus rebuked them at times, Jesus got frustrated with them at times. Some wanted to be the greatest at times, some wanted to take matters in their own hands( James and John) one of them Jesus even addressed openly as a devil for his thinking like the world ( Simeon Peter) one he knew was a devil, a betrayer, who would later sell him out, but Jesus allowed him to remain among the group ( Judas) Judas the betrayer. Do what you must do! But yet, Jesus continued to train them for the journey that lies ahead, those who remained with him, and to complete the mission God gave them on earth. And Jesus used imperfect people for a well defined, intentional perfect mission. Peter stayed in trouble oftentimes, he was impulsive, would speak before he think, and was aggressive. However, his first sermon preached( Peter) 5000 souls were saved. Many continued the journey after Jesus departure from earth. Wrote the Gospels and Epistles, inspired by the Holy Spirit. That we may learn from them, grow from them, know God standards for the Christian believer, preach the gospel as it is written about a risen Savior who came to redeem humanity, teach and preach righteous living to the believers and the unbelievers. And claim the gospel that the wages of sin is death. But, the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus. The Good News!!! The good news Jesus saves and Jesus forgives, the good news, Jesus take away our sins when we repent and are sincere, the good news we have amazing the grace, something you and I did not deserve, the good news, Jesus has empowered us with boldness and confident to preach his word as it is written and given to us. The good news ,we have a protector who shield demonic attacks against us, and God knows each one of us, and have our backs when we do his works on earth. The good news.. When God is for you, who is able to really stand against you and succeed? The weapon and attacks will come. It is expected when you truly do God work. Look at the fate of our those who God truly called. Was their lives always pleasant? But, it was all counted joy. They knew the prize that awaited them... Heaven!!!!
