Reading this I am paralyzed by fear and anxiety for our countrys future. What is it that I can do to truly make a difference, to truly make these changes happen? And what is it that has changed inside the minds of the 1% to make them see the rest of us as less than them, less than human, less deserving of the same opportunities, rights, and freedoms? I cant help but feel that things will need to get much, much worse before the people stand up. It isnt because each individual doesnt want to make the effort, it is that they, like me, dont see how or where they can make that effort to truly make a difference. It is because they are already so shafted by the system that they can not possibly devote the time and money that the cause needs because they just dont have it to give. Until the masses are pushed so far down that the only choice left is to go up, to fight, the changes thst need to happen arent going to take place.
