Reading two contradicting articles will usually lead to confusion; - TopicsExpress

Reading two contradicting articles will usually lead to confusion; especially if you are out of knowledge and the only reliable source you have is the internet. Ive been eating a heavy breakfast, light lunch and lighter dinner for the past 7 years and still maintained a weight at the range of 47-49kgs with the belief that a bigger amount of food intake in the morning will reduce the possibility of gaining weight. (Because this is what health nutritionists used to say). However, this article says otherwise. It claims that eating heavy breakfast can be unhealthy. (elucidation included) Ive always been conscious about the amount of food I take and this article is driving me insane even though I naturally dont eat that much. (You may ask my close friends if I may add). I guess the best resort is to never believe in everything I read (I seriously consider quit reading) and just rely through experience and observation. 😔
