Ready for this? Here he is... the MUCH anticipated Adam Update! DRUM ROLL PLEASE..... Adam started Skinny Fiber on June 1, 2013, he has lost a TON of inches (we dont know how much weight he has lost because he dosent weigh lol) he has gone from a 42 waist to a 36-38waist and from a 2-3XL in shirts to an XL, sometimes even a Large if they are long enough!
