They are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their established office in Sheffield. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year PQE and will have trained at a leading city or regional firm. You are likely to have excellent academics and technical ability and have solid relevant experience. Your organisational and communication skills with be strong and you are most likely a strong team player. The role will be varied; including a broad range of Development, Investment and Asset Management work for both the public and private sector. The development work will have a strong focus on the healthcare sector and regeneration; including town regeneration plans and medical centre funding. Your caseload will also involve landlord and tenant asset management for a range of clients including retail, industrial multi-let and office properties. You will also be assisting on disposal, acquisition and re-financing transactions, typically of large portfolio and value properties.
