Real quick, many folks ask about if Oly Lifts help Jiu Jitsu. So... Its like this? Why not. Some say Oly Lifters are strongest athletes. Makes you solid, explosive and strong like bull. But is it cardio? obviously not enough. It has its pluses and minuses depending on how your game is. If you are explosive then helpful. Can you be flexible, hell yeah, my trainer does splits. Can you get hurt, of course, shit, you can get hurt walking out your door slipping on your pecker and breaking your ass. Anything has pluses and minuses. I like it because I use muscles i am not used to using and feel it is making me more solid for when i have to recruit them. Of course cardio can be done on own at other times and sprints can also have reciprocal effect by making you faster on lifts and mat. But I think its great because it encompasses so many other lifts to do the lifts and i feel way stronger now. I mean, thats all really. whats for dinner?
