RealResults Workout Of The Week: Strong & Sleek: Ab & Arm Blast Ball, Bench Or Bosu Workout This one is dedicated to a few members of the RealResults tribe that put in their requests for a ball workout, an upper body workout AND options for a gentler workout. Tall order, but mission accomplished! & if you want a more challenging workout, you can follow what I do, cuz I got ya covered there too :-) You can use a stability ball, a step with risers OR a bosu. Yup, I even designed it so if you dont have a stability ball, no worries - use what youve got! A lighter choice of dumbbells (like 3lbs or 5lbs) will make this workout feel more gentle.
