Realised I have not completed a short story, script or play since moving to Lower Hutt... approx 2 years. And as I am getting sleepy, I have this brand new, fully formed idea, very NZ, very dark and has a Toyota Hilux in it, 3 people, horror/drama/suspense (think Shallow Grave meets Bear Grylls meets Cabinfever without the zombies and Deliverance and put it in a blender, add lime and serve dry - but nothing like it... or like a cross between a Barry Crump commercial and Wolf Creek - but also nothing like it... possibly association because of the Hilux) And Im trying to get as much down on paper before I slip into oblivion (this post is half to remind myself of the idea if I fail).
