Reality is an infinitely complex network. Consciousness is an infinitely complex network effect. Alchemy is not born from a belief in rituals, gods or spirits. Alchemy is born from the singular question, What is consciousness? When you realize the infiniteness of the answer is only limited by the smallness of your own eye, and the angry desperation of your own ego, you begin to see consciousness in everything. Alchemy is the struggle to communicate with the fabric of reality, matter. Reality is an infinitely complex network in every observable aspect. Ignorance is mercy. Ignorance gives us the power to seek out the simple, believable, and true that gives us in exchange a boundary of self that we can tolerate, become familiar with, and love.
