Really crazy when you think about it. Lithography nowadays is 1/5 the size of bacteria. And there are a billion+ of these transistors in a single chip, all made perfectly. All running at billions of cycles per second. Each cycle carrying out multiple instructions per cycle. Its brain numbing to think about the amount of information processed through there. In a 24 hour period there could be 3 Quintilian instructions going through there.
