Really good and satirical portray. Million and million dollars come every year in Nepal in name of poverty alleviation, health, education, access for dalits, janajati, madhesi, backward women, marginalized and backward communities. Are they getting in reality ? Not just as shown in the picture ...all the amount is being leaked on the ways and very a little arrive to the target groups but they dont get in reality...This is the plight situation happening even in Nepal. This system needs to be corrected soon unless better not to bring such projects and programs for the poor.
