Really neat, this will hopefully bring the QHs back to the true nature of what a Hunter actually is, a ground covering, athletic, easy to ride horse whom you can keep up with the hounds on all day, flat daisy cutting movement to improve efficiency and scope to clear the immense hedges encountered along the way..... In my opinion the divergence from what a hunter really is supposed to be has been an ongoing thing in both the open (A-circuit) shows and the QH shows for ages, only recently with the performance hunters and hunter derbys has it begun to come around on the A-circuit is it coming back around, and now hopefully with the rule adherence in the QHs will it come back around, ALSO hopefully this will encourage more QHs to start jumping and doing the working hunters!!!
