June 3 - June 13, 2014 Featured Foodie/Author: Hadias Lebanese Cuisine I needed to take the time and really figure out how to express how much I love this Foodie and her Foods! One day I came across a Facebook page called Hadias Lebanese Cuisine and was amazed at the recipes shared and the photo of her creations. I started following her page and making the recipes (to my families delight) I was so super excited when I saw that I could order her cookbook and didnt hesitate to do so! I honestly have to say that this book - this beautiful cookbook is AMAZING! the layout of the recipes and stunning photographs that show the love put into each and every dish...I dont know that Ive ever seen a more well planned out and presented cookbook! I know, you have cookbooks right? some by famous chef and cooks, some are from well known companies; I have those too - this far surpasses any Ive run across. I couldnt even pick ONE recipe to share here because they are ALL so wonderful. Ive decided to show you a photo of her book, and leave links to both Hadias Facebook Page and her Website.
