#Realtalk I constantly tell my team GET TO TRAININGS! Get to events! Go hang out with your team. Get OUTSIDE of the few people who are on your team that you regularly hang out with or work with. You need a variety because the more people you are around the more you can soak in and learn. If you only learn from 1 person you wont grow. Thats like telling only 5 people about the business and expecting to become an ambassador from just those 5 people. Even if there is an event and for whatever reason you dont wanna go cause your mood sucks, or your kid got on your nerves that day. Your babysitter bailed...(who cares take your kid, because guess what thats the beauty of this business...WE CAN!) Get around the excuses and just be there. Those who make the effort to get to events and train and work around the excuses are the ones who prosper and grow. The trainings can turn that bad day into something great! Ive felt like death the last few days. Literally I slept all day Sunday and was nauseous for days on end where I didnt wanna move. Well, I was out running my errands today thinking it was way earlier than it was only to realize it was 4pm and not 3 like I had thought and our training was at 6. I thought to myself Well itll be a miracle if I get this done and make it tonight. Ran home showered started getting ready to find my dog has chewed a massive hole in 1 of my few pair of maternity jeans and the others where were they? in the wash OF COURSE!!!!. What would most have done? thrown in the towel said Screw this and put on Pjs and called it a day. I cant say the thought didnt cross my mind but you know what? Business doesnt grow by throwing in the towel. It grows but getting over the hurdles and continuing to run. So what I was 30 minutes late cause I had to let my pants dry, but guess what. I SHOWED UP! It never fails that I take something away from just being around like minded people. Feeling their energy and soaking in the beauty of this company. I love seeing people break through their comfort levels and talking on stage. (It still scares the crap out of me lol) All I know is whether you are on my team right now, or are on the fence about signing and building your own, Im ready to rock out. I am ready to take this to a whole nutha level. Ive got a little girl coming into this world that deserves to have a mother that she can look up to and know I gave everything to give her the life she deserves even when times are difficult right now and it would have been much easier to throw in the towel. But I didnt. So my question is are you throwing in the towel due to some obstacles........Or are you gonna take charge and run. :)
