So awesome to have a HUGE library of different PiYo hour long workouts because of attending a live event. You will learn how to move your body best and safest, be able to purchase piyo hour long workouts, as well as become. PRO in this workout to help more people as its releasing end of June with Beachbody! So exciting that this workout I started back in 2000 has evolved so much. Thankful Chalene Johnson and Beachbody have created a home workout series of it. BTW if you want me train you in this format, Im going to Little Rock AR this weekend to certify people in THIS lesson.
