Reasons Im personally voting no: If the yes vote goes ahead - TopicsExpress

Reasons Im personally voting no: If the yes vote goes ahead there will be border control within Britain, Import and Export taxes, seperate driving licenses, insurance and road tax. This is all presuming that we survive the length of time its going to take to replace the independent alternatives to the British Army, RAF, SAS, MI5, MI6, Royal Mail, British Gas and the rest... we will be left for an unknown period of time with no defenses and whats to say that in that time we wont be invaded and overrun by a power hungry, egotistical country? Then theres the confusion with the currency union, two thirds of the British population are against the union currency, theoretically that means we wont get it. Take a look at the Euro... how long did that take to go into mainstream circulation? And that was covering 28 European states and even to this date only 18 of those states use it! If we try an independent currency how long will it take to build a reputable value? How long will it be until we know the exchange rate in comparison to other countries? Who will oversee our independent currency? So many questions still havent been answered... Im just glad Mr Salmond isnt answering them as we would be waiting a hell of a long time! These Yes voters go on about wanting freedom, tell me, what more freedom does anyone else have in the UK that we dont? They also go on about keeping the currency, staying in the EU (which is subject to allowance by EU member states btw, which again the majority are against), keeping the Queen as head of state... they want change without actually changing anything!! Open your eyes Yes voters, look deeper than the rubbish you are being fed, see the uncertainty and turmoil this country will be plunged into if a Yes vote goes ahead! You can call it scaremongering if you wish but these are the harsh realities and the harsh FACTS! United we stand, divided we fall!
