Received a call from a parent, this morning, distressed her son was suspended for the remainder of the school year because a teacher could not handle her students because of the lack of classroom management. The whole classroom was involved, but one child blamed. The principal has not followed through on a functional behavior assessment to address behavior and continues to suspend. Will be working on this situation today, its just the reality of having a child with a disability and the issues parents have to deal with. Its crazy...back to work.
