Recent Testimonial from one of our clients: July 14, 2014 One word says it all, Nikki. My daughter and I have now worked with Nikki for almost 2 months. In that time . . . everything hurts, but in a good way. I, like so many other women, struggle with meal planning, portion control, and confidence. I joined a weight loss challenge to hopefully turn the page from the never ending and always present desires to lose weight and disappointment to not realize those ambitions. After talking to Nikki on the telephone to set up appointments, I knew Nikki was our go to girl to help us out. The first couple sessions, I felt sick. I was in zero shape and had no idea how eating was affecting my workouts. Nikki taught me what to eat before I work out and what to eat after I work out. She taught me to persevere and fight through every painful curl or lunge. I complete every workout. I never quit. And I always feel better when I am done my workout versus before starting. Nikki has taught me what to do on my own and supports me and Gen whenever we need her. She is able to teach to two different women with two different needs and two different fitness levels at the same time. My back no longer hurts. I am losing inches. And I feel stronger every day. I am a work in progress and wont give up. She is the strength to my weakness. She believes when I dont have any belief in me. She lifts me up when I dont want to raise my head. Thats Nikki.
