Recently my daughter flew back to India by Air Asia, but the bad thing abt the flight is that the luggage that was check in was damage, it was a samsonite bag value abt $1400.00 was damage either its was simply thrown abt or some1 tried to prised open. This is the respond fm Air Airasia when I made d claim If u read the mail, AA would not be responsible for anything that is lost if you luggage even its due to the staff negligence o for the matter. If u did buy the AA insurance, unless yr bag disappear, it is not cover...even if you lose things from the damage luggage. U will only be compensate if the luggage is lost o disappear from the face of this earth.
