Recently, my father asked me, What is Hot Yoga? After providing a rather lengthy review this is a part of what I concluded with: I feel, Hot Yoga is as good a place to start as any. There are really 2 factors that matter the most: 1) the teacher and 2) the student. If the teacher is good, knows what they are doing and actually does teach (rather than mere instruction), this is an ace in the pocket. If the student goes to class with an open mind and lets themselves experience what Yoga can offer....then the rest follows ....In this light, it doesnt matter if it is hot yoga or pee-pee yoga (probably too much diaper changing on my mind these days). However, being a traditionalist I am more in favour of lineage rather than marketing hits. #yoga #practice #teachingandlearning #whatclasstotake #openmind
