Recently, while in California, I came to learn about the big beautiful trees and had the opportunity to get to know some of these amazing, living creatures up close. I am most fascinated by the massiveness of the trees here versus on the east coast and how these trees form intimate bonds with each other. Often these beautiful trees grow independently and as the evolve and become larger, their root systems begin to grow together. I began to think that these trees possess a very real representation of a supporting relationship. While each tree maintains its own character and beauty, it forms a bond with another which becomes a foundation for growth. The trees share their strength and provide support for each other. They have a bond that is nurturing and nourishing. The connection is eternal and is LOVE. Their love and bond is something I could see and feel so intently. Their wisdom and teaching I hold close to my heart. Love is pure, simple, true, unconditional, supportive, equal, nurturing, nourishing, growing and evolving.
