Location North Carolina - Winston-Salem Description This position will report to the Human Resources Manager and be responsible for receptionist duties and administrative HR support for our Winston Salem, NC office. This individual will be the Face of the Company; as a result we are looking for a personable, professional, outgoing individual who will be able to greet customers, vendors, and other employees that come in and out of the office each day. Job Responsibilities: • Greet and guide visitors as they arrive to our office. • Handle incoming calls and direct to the appropriate party as needed. • Prepare & coordinate basic correspondence and materials. • Provide administrative support to the HR department. • Handle the ordering of office supplies as needed • Ability to manage and keep confidential sensitive information. • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned. Position Requirements Requirements: • A minimum of 3 years of receptionist/administrative experience in a fast paced, high performance culture. • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills. • A high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.
