JOB-773300 Description A world-leading energy company based in Portlaoise is seeking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for an increasingly busy office. Responsibilities will include the maintenance and smooth running of the Reception area, answering and transferring telephone calls as required, meeting and greeting visitors, faxing, filing, general administration, providing administrative support to management, arranging refreshments for meetings, maintaining stationery supplies assisting with travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, an excellent telephone manner, strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite essential excellent attention to detail, excellent spoken and written English. Skills Requirements At least two years experience in a similar role is required, along with an ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative with minimum supervision. Salary: €25,000 pa Department Administration Number of Positions 1 Contract Type Permanent Days, Hours & Start Date Days per week: 5 Hours per day: 8 Hours per week: 40 Start Date: 15/07/2013 Experience Required: Fully Experienced Min.
