Receptionists (Ad-Hoc, Temp, Contract Assignments) We are recruiting for candidates to join our team of Front Office Receptionists to be assigned to our MNC clients in the Banking/Finance, Technology, FMCG industries. Candidates who are interested to work on flexible working hours (lunch time coverage), short term basis or contract basis are welcome to write in. Job & Responsibilities are not limited, but include as following: • Answer incoming phone calls. • Attending to walk-in customers, clients, customers. • Liaise with courier services, arrange local and oversea courier, as well as handling incoming & outgoing mails/correspondence. • Collect letters from mailbox and distribute. • Stationery order. • Keep track and ordering pantry/groceries supplies. • Handling meeting rooms booking and set-up meeting room. • Ensure the tidiness of the meeting, training and conference rooms. • Liaise with Building/Facilities Management for faulty repairs. • Housekeeping of Reception area. • Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned. If you meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you: • Minimum GCE “O” level. • Knowledge of MS Office software (MS Word & Excel)/Outlook. • Pleasant disposition with friendly voice intonation. • Enjoy working and meeting with people. • Able to commit for long term. • Singaporeans only need to apply.
