Recipe for Ramen Noodle Casserole: Ingredients below: (for a 9x12 casserole dish double ingredients.) Boil 3 packets of Ramen Noodles but dont use the seasoning..yet :) Meanwhile.. mix I can of Cream of mushroom, half block of cream cheese (softened), 1/4 cup of mayo or miracle whip (miracle whip ads a slight tang and we all need a little tang in our lives.), half a bag of shredded cheese and tsp. of garlic powder and 1 1/2 packets of chicken seasoning that comes with ramen noodles. Mix together well. Grind 1/2 cup of cornflakes into what looks like sand ;) and stir into mixture. After noodles are done about 4 min. add the noodles to mixture and mix it well until all ingredients are combined. Add mixture to casserole baking dish. add remaining bag of shredded cheese on top of mixture in the casserole dish evenly. add a even layer of semi crushed cornflakes on top.Put in the oven for 30 min. if you need to add a little more cornflakes do so, but then turn it on broil for only a min just enough time to toast the top. Once done let cool and serve. Happy Ramen!!
