Kosher Salt 12Oz spaghetti 8Slices thick cut Bacon cut in 1/2pieces 4Large eggs lightly beaten 1Cup grated parmesan cheese+more for topping Black pepper & 2tbsp chopped parsley Ok,boil spaghetti according to package w salted water. Reserve 1/4cup cooking water then drain the pasta. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet on Med high heat stirring occasionally until crisp (8min) Add spaghetti nd the reserved water to the skillet nd toss to combine. Now add the eggs,parmesan, 1/2tsp salt,1/2black pepper, nd toss again. Cook it tossing TO AVOID SCRAMBLING THE EGGS! ☜ Thats Important so that the sauce could come out creamy.
