Recruiting new Traders ;) Look at those top 10-15 Traders in an 1.000 Employe Investment Bank Trading Floor. 1. Double their Salary ( so that they feel comfortable to switch to work for you) 2. Give the Bank an fair exchange for them. (for example 1 Million US Dollar or any adequate number) 3. Send them 2 Weeks on paid Vacation in order to shut down with the old Contractor in their minds. "Re-Refreshing Batteries" 4. Teach them how to trade in any market Conditions (UP-trend, Downtrend and Side ways) 5. Contract Duration 12 Month with an Test after 6 Month. 6. Let those go who could not make their Salary on their own ( look that they have enough money, based on each salary individual) 7.
