In addition, in the role of Recruitment Coordinator you will need to: Adopt a demand-led approach to engaging with employers, industry groups and other external stakeholders establish, nurture and foster long-term client relationships that generate sustainable employment opportunities for Employment Plus jobseekers; and work closely with site-based resources to match jobseekers with vacancies and support them through their first 6 – 12 months ensuring sustainable employment. maintain a regular schedule of visits to existing and prospective clients, generating leads and orders, and monitoring client satisfaction Capacity to work between Burnie and Devonport sites with a requirement to be able to travel to our outreach areas ie Queenstown and Smithton MUST have experience in JSA - Job Placement, wage subsidy, upgrades, documentary evidence requirements and compliance framework Successful Candidates will be able to prove an ability to: Take ownership of actions, objectives and performance; driving tasks and projects through to completion, Proactively develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships to facilitate the achievement of work goals. Reverse Marketing and Cold Calling is a requirement of this role Ensure that all work is performed to a high standard, Demonstrate business sense; possessing and using knowledge of the organisation and external market to identify potential risks, problems and opportunities. Influence - Convincing others; gaining acceptance of ideas by using appropriate interpersonal styles.
