Recruitment and Training Officer A fast growing Company located in the 5th Settlement is seeking to hire a Recruitment and Training Officer ( HR Department) : *Requirements: -Experience: 1 to 3 years -Gender: Any -Preferably living in new Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis or Maadi -English: Fluent *Main Job Responsibilities: -Provides support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff: -Identifies training and development opportunities. -Organizes staff training sessions, workshops and activities. -Processes employees’ requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures. -Provides advice and assistance in developing human resource plans. -Provides staff orientations. -Accesses funding for training and writes proposals. -Developing training plans -Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff: -Provides advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment. -Prepares notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions. -Schedules and organizes interviews. -Participates in applicant interviews. -Conducts reference checks on possible candidates. -Prepares, develops and implements procedures and policies on staff recruitment. -Informs unsuccessful applicants. -Conducts exit interviews. -Calculates the payroll monthly: -Calculates the payroll, including deductions of taxes and Social insurance.
