Job identification Position: Corporate Affairs Executive (Chuyên viên đối ngoại) Department: Corporate Affairs Department cum Secretary of VP CA Location: Ha Noi Reports to: Vice- President CA 2. Primary role Responsible in executing all media & PR plan effectively as directing by CA director.The CA Executive also assists CA director in all administration task & budget controlling task to ensure smooth and efficient planning process. Support CA director in assigned projects and tasks as requested. 3.Duties and responsibilities 3.1 Effective Basics - Effectively execute of PR and media plan as per AOP/Strategic plan - Budget management: Track, monitor, & follow up the utilization of PR budget - Participate & take initiative in local trade and commercial activities - Support CA director in implementing strategic plan & projects for assigned locations - Handling all administration tasks to ensure the smooth operations of CA agenda - Add inputs / initiative during corporate affair planning process 3.2 Corporate communication - Lead in designation; implement company internal communication process (internet and PI portal). - Lead regional Corporate Affair agenda and provide national Media support and media communication (press release, media event) to CA Dir. - Plan & Execute employee relation activities: motivational trip, Pepsi family. 3.3 Others: - Support CA Director & Manager in ad hoc projects and tasks regarding to Government relation - Plan and execute Corporate & social responsibility program 4.Special Skills required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professtional in verbal and written communication skills (both Vietnamese and English) Action oriented, pro-actiove analytical, organised Responsible, meticulous and positive working attitude Team player, hands-on, detail oriented Proficiency in MS Office (Esp: Excel, Power Point) 5.How to apply Please send your CV and Cover Letter to Ms Van Anh: [email protected] suntorypepsico.vn/en
