Recruitment of Group-“A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group Group-“B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in September/ October 2013. C. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA I. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (as on 01-07-2013) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy; ii. Proficiency in local language * iii Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification. A candidate can apply for the Post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and can also apply for the Post of Officer. However a candidate can apply for only one post in officer’s cadre i.e. for Officer Scale-I or Scale-II or Scale-III. Candidates have to apply separately and pay fees separately for each post. Candidates can apply online only from 04-07-2013 to 25-07-2013 and no other mode of application will be accepted. Procedure for applying online (1) Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s website ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link “Common Written Examination for RRBs” and then click on the appropriate option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE- RRBs-OFFICERS (Scale-I, II and III) September 2013” or “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWERRBs- OFFICE ASSISTANTS (Multipurpose) September/October 2013” to open up the On- Line Application Form. (2) Candidates will have to enter their basic details and upload the photograph and signature in the online application form. Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature (Annexure II).
