Recruitment specialist is needed to join the recruitment team at an HR and strategic management consultancy company. That is according to the following qualifications and requirements: 1- Gender: male or female 2- Language: excellent command of English Language 3- Education: a- holding a suitable university degree, preferred to be in business or management degree. b- has studies in HR fields are must. 4- Residency: applicants are preferred to be resident nearby Heliopolis and Nasr City areas (Cairo City). 5- Experience: minimum 1 years experience at the same job for a recruitment company. 6- Salary: shall be determined according to experience. The salary shall be reviewed according to the performance after the 1st working 3 months. 7- Commission system on sales targets is applied. 8- Duties and Responsibilities: • using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract and reach business leads; • working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated; • The Applicant should be a sales targeted oriented; • developing a good understanding of clients needs according to their business sector or industry; • Excellent in searching for CVs and candidates by using all types of social media, online search and employment fairs etc… • job vacancies advertise: by drafting and placing posts announcements for job vacancies in a wide range of media, e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines; • headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates; • Excellent in understanding, screening and evaluating all CVs in order to be correctly classified. That is to be able to select the most suitable and best fit matching CVs of the qualified candidate in favor of specific position; • Ready for outdoor visits to the ongoing clients and/or developing new business leads and opportunities; • receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates; • requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client; • briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question; • preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants; • organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client; • informing candidates about the results of their interviews; • negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates; • offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression; • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
