RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking the services of a CHEF for a growing concern – position based in the Hilton area. JOB REQUIREMENTS / DESCRIPTION Matric / Grade 12. English speaking (read, write and speak fluently). Must enjoy dealing with people of all ages. Preferably a qualified Chef, but not essential. Previous experience in managing / supervising staff. Required to run a coffee shop. Stock control. Must have experience in cooking meals (not gourmet), required to setup braais, braai chicken, boerewors, burger patties, etc. Must be willing to work longer hours and over the weekend. Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable vehicle. Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY! PERSON MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE HILTON, HOWICK, PIETERMARITZBURG AREAS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY LIVE IN THESE AREAS.
