#Referendum I Believe the voice of the opposition could somehow be making sense. We need a referendum because devolution under Uhuruto has failed to take off. The government has cut funding and is not willing to devolve enough funds to counties for development. More allocations to county governments will mean better services Mashinane and nobody will care about the national government. Health care is rotten, people die of minor issues of infection control and lack of facilities in hospitals/small clinics in the village. Some areas in Samburu and Turkana have no classrooms and kids go to school under trees in the 21st century, which is hard to imagine. Lets support the referendum for better things for Kenya. its not about parties or tribes, it common sense.
