Referring to bulldogs as power breeds - what are your thoughts on this? Personally, I find any term that can be perceived to imply our dogs somehow require more skilled or specialized handling than other breeds only serves to reinforce the ideas behind the misinformation that fuels BSL. Additionally, I believe we do a disservice to other breeds when we continue to perpetuate the notion that they are inherently LESS in need of skilled handling than other breeds. EVERY breed of dog benefits from having an educated owner who knows how to properly handle, contain, and train a dog. ~R
