Reflecting on my first year at Appalachian State University, I - TopicsExpress

Reflecting on my first year at Appalachian State University, I have to say Im overall really happy. Though I wish that a lot of the time I spent worrying and stressing about food and weight I could have spent on other things, regardless it has been a good year. I have met so many awesome new people Crystal Haney, Brittany Nicole, Natalie Blackwelder, Dean Fox, Madison Hurley, Savannah Luciano, and the other great people in the psychology department, Pankaj A. Desai, Maggie Gartman, Kyle Moye, Ashish Shah, Andrew Keaveney, and others of the YesPlus/Art of Living family. I am excited to begin senior year as a Mental Health Ambassador, Wellness Peer Educator, and assist Dr. Steele with research, all with a $1750 scholarship from the Psych Department. I am so grateful for all of the wonderful opportunities I have been blessed with and thankful for all of the support these people and others Lindsey Ann, Brittni Arriba, Christine Mikell, Tanner Gill, Tyler Mills, Anthony Scott and of course Wilber Penate and family have given me along the way. I intend to spend the summer focusing on my health and hopefully I will emerge and be ready to start Senior year with a fresh, positive mindset. Oh and Lynn Mosteller and Janna Lyons are the two greatest people on earth. Boone blossom festival with Sadikshya Aryal and Strom Crew this weekend whaddupppppp :) finals aint no thang
