Reflecting right now on what a long way Ive come as an entrepreneur, coach and mentor. Its not about the outer growth of my business, though I am very proud of what Ive created. Its about how non-attached Ive become to outcome, how much I own my value, and how 95% of the time I have an all is well attitude about my business (no matter what is happening). For me, I can see that this is a huge piece of how I define freedom and success in my work. To be able to know that I provide an outstanding service, and to also be able to respond to my business from a calm and wise place instead of fear of self-judgement or anxiety. So cool to really see this!
