Reformation in Democracy system (1) ------------------------------------------ Definition of Democracy: - Democracy is the Government Of the people, for the people, by the people. But we see in every part of the world people roll is only to vote no involvement in Govt. After election no importance of the people .Representatives does not respect people neither visit people, not respond to their letters or applications. Why? They need only our Votes and visit at the time of elections .Why? Because we have not make any law and responsibility for our representative in written. I want to demand from Gov. Election commission, Intellectuals, organizations, all political parties and Citizens to think on this matter and make rules for representatives that they must visit voters in their respective area to gather opinion and suggestions once a year with their signature. (1) Citizen Visitation Register (Performa) Voters ID No / Date / Name / D. Suggestions / Remarks / Signature. (2) Similar type of the rules & citizen visitor register should be kept for Blocks officers and block level others department. (3)In every office, one waiting room and receptionist must be to entertain of the people (citizen) (4) In every department people would give advance tour program and before salary they summiting monthly report after that they get salary. Why not for representative who take salary. (5) In every representative house and office one sign board for tour program must be. No right of vote in some place of salary holders. Because they are servant of the people. Reformation in Judiciary System (2) (1)when any citizen or citizens killed by some one then police collect the dead body and make panchnama then postmortem and filled a case in court. After some time court will dismiss the case for lack of abidance and prove. What happen to citizen or his family they get judgment or not. No body responsible for that. Why? He or she was not citizen in the country. (2) According to the I.P.C. Act. 333 govt. servants get right to fill a case against the any citizen or representative to disturb in Govt.work and many citizens and representative awarded by this Act. In Democracy how many rights for citizens against this low and Act to keep our thoughts demands and grievances. (3)The problem of land distributes is every where. Every where too much case pending in court. Registrar registry the land officers do mutations Police help for capturing. Citizens fill case and years to years they run the court but no result. Why? By this way we see many citizens involve in case many discouraged and many lose their land. We must correct it. Please convey this massage to your friends and colleagues to bring awareness for their rights.
