Regarding BARN PARTY (this coming Sat Sept6)... I was talkin with a pal about it and he was a tad bummed about the 20 dollar ticket price. He said that he could see a multi-band show for less just about anywhere >>> okay... i hear ya, but last time i checked out any other multi-band show at any other venue in this region, I was quite bummed by the rule-laden, watch out for the man, joy-killing vibe. Heres the way i see it > you arent paying 20 bucks just to see live music. You are buying freedom. The kind of freedom and joyful vibe that is almost unheard of anymore. if you crave a best possible awesome party > if you have an RV or a tent, or a minivan, or a designated driver > This is the place to be next saturday, see the BARN PARTY event page here on Fbook. Its just a few miles north of downtown Stillwater on Norrell Ave. A private farm > a magic barn > great rockin music by the Oddfathers, The Hypstyrz, & Deb Brown > Bon Fire Madness > and the best way possible to close out the summer of 2014.
