Regarding Tomball Ford, DO NOT go to their repair shop!!! Terrible service & HIDEOUS repair work. Truck is BROKE AGAIN. We spent $4,300 on a new timing belt just to have it break 5 months later. Now the truck is in there AGAIN!!! They’re tying to charge us another $1,600 for an issue they should have fixed when they tore the truck apart to get to the timing belt. Agent was completely unconcerned with our issue and even tried to compare our truck to others, Differences, ours only has 60,000 miles vs 200,000 miles and ours broke 5 months later not a year later!!! RIP OFF, DO NOT GO THERE!!!! If you can’t trust the repair service, please be apprehensive of there sales side! Just my opinion…. Please pass this along!!
