Regarding internet radio. Some very quick (and Chinese, Tony Mallam) maths. Assumption:world pop=7.1 bill ish assumption: users of internet radio = 80 mill ish assumption: for every 1000 people only 8 would use internet radio population of SA = 64 mill ish total audience available = 800,000 ish Thats the size of the pie.(ish) Which means that its not worth it unless you have a shit hot sales team like Ballz or youre SO niched like 2OV that you can target your adspend to those 10,000 (max) who might be listening. OR you take another route and use internet as part of the bouquet! Seems to me that internet radio needs to partner another diver on the board (meant to be a pun with platform) and most cetainly in SA make it inexpensive to use. Gavin Buckle will back me up on this. We tried!
