Regarding the Beavercreek Walmart police involved shooting...I have to say, after viewing this video I strongly believe this officer was wrong. Im not saying he had criminal intent, but he was wrong. The victim was an innocent victim. He didnt know the police where there until the bullets hit him. He was ambushed. There was NO threat, except in the eyes of an officer that was probably scared to death. Had this been a CHL holder (CCW) there isnt a shred of doubt in my mind that he would have been charged.
