Regarding the Tea Party Protest today. This was taken from another page. Erica Altes Cole said, Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins on Tuesday asked to please not counter protest.They are agitators and will be in an a very congested working area where people can be hurt. We really need to focus on writing letters to or legislators, spreading the word about the supply drive and educate others. Nothing good can come out of fueling their anger. ****** If we counter protest these we are bringing attention to a temper fit. It is one thing to have a direct reason when counter protesting (protecting someone from being adversely affected) vs. counter protesting just because they are there. The BEST counter protest is getting attention when we do positive works. Welcoming the kids, donating, etc. We need to have an HUGE counter protest today in the form of letter writing, getting donations for San Antonio, planning to help on donation day, contact news outlets and informing them of all the good works happening.. So, get busy counter protesting effectively!
