Regarding the Unified Service Center at Dho-Tarap After the nod from the local authorities (DDC, Dolpa), the delegation to Home Ministry of Nepal from the Dolpo peoples will resume soon, concerning the right climatic condition (spring and summer) for both the peoples and the state. After that, if the current Home Minister of Nepal, Bamdev Gautam, agrees to the proposal, the cabinet has to again accept and pass the proposal. With the cabinets acknowledgment, we are still in a due process to create the protocol, code of conduct, and working areas of the service center that will also constitute how the local authorities would reciprocate and materialize to the matter. Several related documents have to carry to the center at Dho-Tarap, after the construction of the building. Along with that, we are also here talking about other administrative procedures including the staffing and human resource management at the center. It will take some time. Nevertheless, the seed has already been sowed, thanks to all the concern people, and we only to remain more calm and patient in these issues which itself link both the state and its peoples, US, while further legitimizing the main agendas of Equality, Justice, Liberty, Rights, Republic, Secularism, and Democracy.
