Regarding the hunting and fishing amendment we will vote on Tuesday, my friend Danny Jones had this to say: This proposed amendment is a solution in search of a problem. None of the lifelong deer hunters I am related to or know personally are willing to jeopardize their camps and lands by having to fend off some yokels exercising their constitutional right to hunt. I personally fear that our wildlife refuges may face suits from such yokels who will try to exercise their right by hunting on protected lands. This amendment is purely and simply...dumb. Leave wildlife management to the professionals...and before someone says that DFWP supports the amendment...the biologists and managers do not-the bagger-appointed head does. Vote NO!
