Regardless of how things went down with Cheyenne and I, ill defend a sister in Christ and fellow minister of The Gospel. The post that Jodi King made about her is about as inaccurate as it can get. Jodis loss of her daughter and family members are due to her own actions, not anything Cheyenne did. My addiction also cost me my first marriage, my children and family members. It was no ones fault but my own and natural consequences of my actions. Cheyenne loved on Jodi, prayed with her, encouraged her, went out of her way to pick her up and give her rides on several occasions, sat with her while she was trippin or coming down, fed her, let her sleep and shower at our house, offered at our expense to get her into treatment. She showed her The Love of Christ. Jodi didnt want the help Cheyenne had for her, she just wanted to get what she could get from her. That post is simply someone lost and hurting who is attempting to lay blame wherever she can except where it belongs....on her shoulders. The only person keeping her from her daughter is her. Confession, Repentance and Surrender to Christ is The Way to Restoration of ALL thats been lost....not blame-shifting.
