Registered Nurse – Hayes Registered Nurse Hayes - Hillingdon £13.77 per hour In Touch Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a respected care home provider to recruit and experienced RGN to join their team on a full time, permanent basis in their service in Hillingdon. Located in Hayes, this nursing home has been purpose built to provide care to older people with dementia, nursing, residential and end of life care needs. The home also provides care to young people with physical and learning disabilities. Working as a Nurse within the service, your role will include: Assessing, planning and delivering person centred care Updating and evaluating care plans designed specifically to the residents needs Safe handling and administration of medication according to NMC guidelines Conducting risk assessments Liaising with medical professionals and outside agencies Supervising a care team The successful candidate will be actively registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse RGN and will have an active NMC pin number. For this role, we are searching for an individual who is clinically competent with current experience working as a Registered Nurse within a Nursing Home. This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 33 hours per week. My client is offering an excellent hourly rate of £13.77 per hour to the successful candidate.
