Idea cellular is torturing me with the help of corrupt judiciary. When I filed complaint in consumer court, thane, The matter was look like a normal harassment case. But when I checked it deeply I came to know that it was a megafraud from telecom sector. Sir, Please allow me to speak infront of you so that I can present the matter properly. I already distributed pamphlets in Ulhasnagar City related to this fraud matter. Also I published the matter on facebook. Please check the given link https://facebook/IdeaCellularfraud IDEA CELLULAR LTD IS A FRAUD MATTER IN SHORT 1) I Purchased one year advance rental plan on 13/06/2009 from Idea Cellular Ltd. 2) I Paid Rs. 5500/- by cheque Rs, 500/- by cash on 13/06/2009. 3) Cheque cleared on 16/06/2009 4) Received invoice on 06/07/2009 of Rs. 4850.36. Amount includes onetime charges of Rs. 3179+tax. 5) Idea disconnected my both the numbers on 05/10/2009. 6) Made first complaint to Idea on 12/10/2009. 7) Idea reconnected my connection after receiving Rs. 2169.14 on 22/10/2010 but I never received refund. 8) I lodged complaint of harassment in consumer court on 11/03/2011. 9) From April-11 to date of disconnection i.e. 02/10/2011 Idea intentionally tortured me by increased of bill amount disconnection of internet connection every month. 10) I collected record under RTI it shows court never sent any notice to Idea Cellular. 11) On 9th hearing on 24/11/2011 consumer court issued me order to submit the change of address of opposite party. 12) First time Idea Cellular advocate present in court on 13th hearing i.e. on 23/04/2012. 13) Second time Idea Cellular advocate present in court on 18th hearing i.e. on 2nd April 2013. 14) On 18th hearing honorable judge Mr. Umesh Jawalikar forced me to give all the detail to Idea Cellular advocate. 15) Always court denies to listen a single word from me. 16) I made complaint of Consumer Court, Thane Idea Cellular to Chief Justice of India on 1st July 2013 17) From the written statement of Idea Cellular advocate on 21/05/2013 I came to know that matter of summary suit no. 35 of 2012 fixed on 14/06/2013 in Civil Court, Ulhasnagar. 18) On 14/06/2013 I went in Civil Court, Ulhasnagar with RTI Application to get the detail of the matter but the entire court member including HONORABLE JUDGE Mrs. Kore denies me to provide any detail. On same day I submitted application in court to defend the case. On that same application HONORABLE JUDGE wrote that without advocate she will not entertain me. 19) As per Honorable Judge’s order I hired advocate. He collected Rs. 20,000/- as a fees in advance through cheques(two number cheques,one current dated i.e. 03/08/2013 second 02/11/2013). The summary suit value in rupees is 16,000/- but advocate collected Rs. 20000/- from me. After receiving payment from me he never co-operated me. In fact I don’t know what is going on in civil court, Ulhasnagar. At the time of payment advocate promised me that he will telecast my matter in local news channel, as he is a President of Ulhasnagar City Congress Committee, Advocate cell. Till date he is not ready to give me the receipts of the payments which he receives from me. 20) I wrote RTI applications to TRAI, DISTRICT COURT,CONSUMER COURT CIVIL COURT but receives no any satisfactory response from any of them. 21) I approached near about every higher authority from this country but receive no response. I feel that some authorities are working like a corporate agent of idea cellular ltd. 22) I approached nearby all the news channel newspaper house but all the media houses denies to telecast the matter. According to media groups they are having contract with corporate that without court order they will not release any news if the matter is pending in court.
