Registration emails for parent mail have been released but apparently not everyone has one. If you dont have one please let me know. Please also advise if it says your childs dob is incorrect as this must match what I have inputted. Ive been advised to tell you all this. If your parents have not received the emails then send them to https://pmx.parentmail.co.uk/parentmail/index.html?loop=loop_forgot_my_password_start they will be enter their email into the forgotten password section and it will then resend the registration email, if they do not receive it a second time then they will need to check their junk folder.
