Registration is NOW OPEN for the Spouse Wellness Conference scheduled for Tuesday, November 12, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Family Readiness Group Center and Hercules Physical Fitness Center. Conference workshops - everything from resilience, aromatherapy and marriage/family topics, to weight training, self defense and line dancing - will help you achieve a healthier you by refocusing your mind, body and spirit. Lunch is provided and child care is also available (must pre-register and be a current a CYSS cardholders). Registration fee is $5.
